Niiza Craft, based in Niiza, Saitama, announced in an Instagram post that it will have a booth at an event in the Niiza Station area. The event announced is its participation in the "Charity Mochi-Pounding Festival" to be held on Saturday, February 7, from 10:00 to 15:00 at Niiza Station South Exit Park.

According to the post, the venue will offer charity sales of anko mochi, kinako mochi, karami mochi, and tonjiru, and there are also plans for performances by a kids' dance team and live singing by street musicians. As a winter outdoor event, it looks set to be a community-focused gathering combining food and music.

Niiza Craft's beer lineup for the event will include the following four varieties. All of them will be available in both draft and bottled form.

- Weizen
- IPA
- Pale Ale
- Helles

According to official information, the brewery was founded in July 2021 as "Niiza's first craft beer." It has promoted brewing that incorporates local ingredients as secondary materials, emphasizing local production for local consumption and regional circulation. In May 2023, it completed its brewery, and it is now fully ramping up production in Niiza. It is also pursuing initiatives with food waste reduction in mind, such as using carrot leaves.

This booth appearance can be seen as a direct expression of Niiza Craft's approach. In a public space in front of the station, it will give event participants a chance to casually choose craft beer. It will be a weekend where visitors can taste and compare the brewery's four staple beers, grown locally.
