Cafe & CraftBeer Dining SOUL BIRD announced its "Today's BEER on TAP" on Instagram on Friday, April 10. The post noted that the shop had a private booking that day and would reopen for regular service around 9 p.m.

As a beer pub in Hamamatsucho, the interior is set up to work well for drinking parties and welcome or farewell parties, with options such as semi-private room bookings, full venue rentals, a projector, and standing reception-style service. From a quick after-work pint to a large gathering, the place's flexibility is one of its defining strengths.

On that day's taps, `★` and `▲` were used as remaining-volume markers, making it easy to tell which kegs were still in good shape for drinking. The beers on the list were as follows:

- `COPPER` / `VOYAGER` - Ale
- `洒落` / `Kyoto Brewing` - Oatmeal Stout
- `もんすたぁ'ズP` / `BREWMIN'` - Pale Ale
- `Hodoku` / `Novoru` - Weizen Bock
- `ストロベリー ホエイサワー` / `サンクトガーレン` - Sour Ale
- `Diamond Lake` / `Burnt Mill` - New Zealand Pale Ale
- `Take A Hike` / `Range × Mountain Culture` - DDH IPA
- `山椒W-IPA` / `箕面ビール` - DIPA w/Sansho
- `Petite Morale` / `Dieu Du Ciel !` - IPA

There was also a new-tap slot marked `🆕` at number 7. From the dark-style `洒落`, to the tart `ストロベリー ホエイサワー`, to the sansho-infused `山椒W-IPA`, each beer had its own distinct personality. It was a tap lineup very much in SOUL BIRD's style, broad enough to enjoy alongside food.
