Tap List for May 4

Beer Pub Neko to Azarashi (Mitaka City, Tokyo) announced its May 4 service hours, from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Instagram. In the post, the bar unveiled a tap list featuring 10 craft beers.

What stands out is the lineup’s broad range, from fruit-forward beers to classic styles. The selection includes Y Market’s "Minamichita Blood Orange IPA," Minoh Beer’s "Stout," KIX BEER’s "Hassaku Ale," Ushitora’s "Ushitora Mandarina IPA," Plank’s "Pilzarl," Beer Hearn’s "Pilsner" and "Pale Ale," Fujizakura Heights’ "Sakura Bock," Shiga Kogen Beer’s "SNOW MONKEY IPA Silver Label ver.," and Iwate Kura’s "Almost Cider Fuji ver.," covering everything from IPA, stout, German-style pilsner, doppelbock, and hazy IPA to cider.

Food Pairings

The post also lists cold dishes such as spring onion and cherry tomato salad, potato salad, and marinated roasted mushrooms, along with warm dishes like chili beans and a simmered dish of spring onion and bacon. It’s easy to pair fruit-forward IPAs, fruit ales, and fuller-bodied stouts when you start drinking in the daylight.
