Tap Information for May 13

"Kazenori Merry," located on the basement level of Roppongi, is a beer pub that always offers 15 to 17 kinds of draft craft beer. Its appeal lies in the chance to move back and forth between beer and food while enjoying dishes centered on spices, fermented ingredients, lamb, and curry. The venue also announced in a post that it relocated to Roppongi in September 2025, and it is open Tuesday through Friday from 5:00 p.m., and on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.

In its May 13, 2026 post, the pub introduced Ise Kadoya's "ZAKU Sake Lees Hazy IPA New-Green" as one of its recent beers on tap. The body text also mentions Kyoto Brewing's standard saison "Ichigo Ichie." With these two contrasting beers side by side, one a Hazy IPA and the other a saison, it is an easy day to build a drinking lineup that ranges from a highly aromatic pint to a brisk, refreshing saison.

On the food side, the menu includes dishes designed to pair well with beer, such as rosemary confit of young lamb shoulder, young lamb minced meat sake-lees curry, fried chicken and eggplant curry, and pork tongue, asparagus, and lettuce curry. It is also the kind of place where you can comfortably drink alone at the counter and casually work your way through a few glasses. For a day when you want to seriously enjoy craft beer and spice-forward food in Roppongi, this is a spot that fits the bill.
