The highlighted release is Celebration Saison, a collaboration between Brewccoly × Godspeed Brewery. According to the post, the beer was brewed to mark the 10th anniversary of Tokyo's Taiyo Sakaba in Nishikoyama. The recipe uses lime juice and Oga salt, and it is described as a dry saison with a modest alcohol level, malt character, and a crisp finish. It is also suggested as a good match for fried dishes.
