Yokohama Beer Main Restaurant "UMAYA" will set up a stall at "Yokohama Dragon Boat Race 2026," held on the waters off Yamashita Park and in the park on May 30 and 31. Yokohama Beer Brewery, which operates Yokohama Beer Main Restaurant "UMAYA," will set up a booth at "Yokohama Dragon Boat Race 2026," to be held on Saturday, May 30 and Sunday, May 31 on the waters off Yamashita Park in Yokohama City and in the park itself.
This time’s menu features the Taco Cheese Meat Pita Sandwich and the Roast Beef Pita Sandwich. Both are designed to be easy to eat one-handed, making them well suited to watching the races by the waterfront. Another appealing point for beer lovers is that they can be enjoyed together with freshly brewed craft beer delivered straight from the brewery.
Yokohama Beer is a local beer company based in Naka Ward, Yokohama. As the brewery with the longest history in Yokohama City, it has continued to make traditional beers that never get old. Its directly operated main restaurant "UMAYA" offers fresh beer and dishes made with ingredients from Kanagawa and Yokohama at a beer stand attached to the brewery, and this booth is an extension of that effort.
The dragon boat race held on the waters in front of Yamashita Park is one of the signature early-summer events in Yokohama. By adding a locally brewed beer and food to the excitement of watching the races, the time spent at the venue is likely to become even more enjoyable.
