A wide draft lineup centered on ISEKADO
CraftBeerSpot Hathor in Kyobashi, Osaka updated its draft board on June 28. The lineup is built around ISEKADO beers and spans lager, white beer, pale ale, fruit beer, IPA, and dark beer, making it easy to pair drinks with the house smoked dishes the pub is known for.
The main openings are FRESH PRESSED BEYOND THE PACIFIC and ONISHIBORILAGER, a collaboration with Onidensetsu Beer. The former is described with lime, passion fruit, and peach on the nose, plus Strata-driven mango and dank notes. The latter leans into Krush, Strata, Nelson, and Citra for a fruity, crisp finish.
The board also includes UME WHITE, CLASSIC PALE ALE, GOLDEN DRAGON, and WHEAT WINE 2024, giving drinkers a clear path from easygoing classics to a beer meant for slower aging and deeper contemplation. For fruit-forward options, SOUR IPA STRAWBERRY & RASPBERRY and NEKOJIMA add a brighter, juicier edge.
IPA fans have plenty to choose from: NEKONIHIKI, NEKOSANBIKI, MELTING BRAIN ULTRA HEAVEN 3 X IPA, NIKUKYU IPA, and HOP NYAON 10TH FLEET. Dark beer drinkers can move into BOURBON BARREL AGED SHADOWPLAY 2024 and 2025, CHOCOLATE BROWNIE STOUT, and MILK STOUT NITRO VER. It is the kind of board that rewards both hop hunters and people looking for a slower, maltier finish.
