A new beer, "Southbound," appeared on May 29 at HEAVY SASORI BREWING TAPROOM (Makishi, Naha City). The post announced, "New beer release today," and the style is Session Hazy IPA with an alcohol content of 5.0%. It is scheduled to be served from 5:00 p.m. to midnight, making it a beer that suits days when you want to casually enjoy hop aroma.

HEAVY SASORI BREWING is a brewpub where you can enjoy beer brewed on-site. The official menu includes West Coast IPA "MARKEE?She is Home.", Spiced Ale "Oh One Minute," and DDH IPA "Slow Daze," along with the guest beer BREAK EDGE BEER WORKS "Freak Hazy IPA." The new "Southbound" is a notable addition to that lineup.

The shop is located in the Kokusai Street area, about a 6-minute walk from the west exit of Makishi Station on the Okinawa Monorail. With 24 seats, it is a compact space where you can drop in casually. The food menu is also substantial, with items such as Okinawan mozuku zeppole, brown sugar terrine chocolat, and hot tortillas, all of which pair well with beer. Since May 29 was also promoted as "meat day," the lineup was highlighted for pairing with everything from a light pale-style pour to heartier dishes.
