A draft beer update arrived from Bakushu Yumeemi, the beer pub on the second floor along Shijo-dori in Higashiyama, Kyoto, ahead of its closure. The shop will be closed from Tuesday, May 26 to Thursday, May 28 for work related to its anniversary beer, including brewing preparations. Immediately before that, on Monday, May 25, it will operate normally from 17:30 to 23:00, and food will be available as usual.

The five draft beers available that day are below.

- YOROCCO×GODSPEED / Celebration Lager
A beer brewed to commemorate the 10th anniversary of Taiyo Sakaba in Nishi-Koyama, Tokyo. A subtle smoky note is said to enhance the lager character, and it is finished with natural carbonation.
- Hida Takayama Beer / Weizen
A refreshing wheat beer that evokes the clear water and air of Hida Takayama.
- Karuizawa Q / Michisugara
An Irish red ale you can enjoy for its malty sweetness and depth. According to the shop's notice, the others are running low.
- Brasserie Knot / MITSU
A honey porter made with honey from Makubetsu, Tokachi. The richness of a dark beer is layered with the bounty of eastern Hokkaido.
- YEBISU
A staple beer kept on the menu. The more slowly you drink it, the better it shows itself, and it also works well as a closing beer at the end of the night.

Bakushu Yumeemi is a beer pub tucked away in Gion that welcomes solo guests. Large groups are not accepted, and reservations are not taken, but that makes it a place where you can drop in casually and enjoy draft beers one by one. In addition to cash, it also accepts PayPay and major credit cards, making it easy to stop by. This timing before the closure is a valuable operating day just before the brewery shifts into preparation for its anniversary beer. If you're interested, it's worth visiting on Monday, May 25.
