Marumugi opened on January 15, 2011 on the second floor of Ichibankan Building in Arakicho. It is a small beer bar about a three-minute walk from Yotsuya-Sanchome Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line, making it a practical stop for a quick drink after work or a slower tasting session. The shop also notes that it is closed on Tuesdays and public holidays, so checking the opening days before visiting is a good idea.
