The beer pub "Beer Tsukasa" in Uji, Kyoto announced on Instagram that it had received a Sierra Nevada package shipment. In the post, it mentions Summerfest and the Little Thing series, and also introduces a collaboration beer from Nomcraft and Choryo.
At the beer pub "Beer Tsukasa" in Uji City, Kyoto, the arrival of Sierra Nevada packaged beers was announced. In an Instagram post, the shop said, at the start of business on May 1, "Sierra Nevada has landed!" and highlighted Summerfest as the star among the long-awaited shipment.
The post also mentions two Little Thing series beers. Along with Summerfest, which has the sturdy backbone you’d expect from a lager, it introduces the lineup with the nuance that Sierra Nevada’s more recent fruity side is also something to look forward to, making it an arrival craft beer fans won’t want to miss.
In addition, the post text also touches on the Nomcraft x Choryo collaboration beer as beer No. 1. It is described as an ambitious brew that puts fermentation techniques front and center, using shochu koji for saccharification, wine yeast, New Zealand hops, and ingredients chosen with grape-derived elements in mind, giving the announcement more depth than a simple new-arrival notice.
The menu shown in the image also includes ISEKADO DDH Citra Hazy IPA, ISEKADO DDH Hazy IPA, ISEKADO West Coast IPA, ISEKADO 29th Anniv. Brew, USHITORA Brewery Pear Saison, Firestone Walker Barrel Aged Ale, and more. Being able to try these guest beers little by little in the middle of Uji is part of Beer Tsukasa's appeal.
The shop is a beer pub located at Urban Design Center in Myoraku, Uji, Kyoto, and it is easy to enjoy rotating draft beers alongside a meal. From Sierra Nevada's standards to ambitious collaborations, the breadth of the incoming lineup is what gives the shop its character.
