15brewery (Fifteen Brewery) in Hayama Town, Miura District, Kanagawa Prefecture, has announced its tap list for Saturday, April 4. Business hours are 14:00 to 19:00, and it is currently suspended as a standing-drink venue, with sales by weight only. Customers may bring airtight bottles, and carbonated plastic bottles and screw-cap glass bottles are also accepted.

The lineup for the day features five beers with a wide range of flavors. First, "Numa no Soko" is a Belgian-style beer. It has a complex, spicy finish, made with plenty of wheat malt plus orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, cloves, and even lime from Owase, Mie Prefecture, as well as honey from "Hachigoya" in Nagai, Yokosuka City.

"Stout" is a dark beer characterized by deep richness and a jet-black color. "Daidai Ale" is being presented as a fruit beer that lets you enjoy the distinctive dense aroma and acidity of daidai citrus. If you want something lighter on the palate, "Wheat Land", flavored with hops that give off a white-wine-like aroma, looks like a good choice. This one uses baguettes from Miura Panya Jutsumugi.

For those seeking hop character, there is also "Raw Hazy IPA". It uses a Raw Ale brewing method that does not boil the wort, resulting in a beer with aromas and bitterness reminiscent of citrus and pine needles. This one also uses baguettes from Miura Panya Jutsumugi. All of the beers are offered by weight, at 1 g or 1 ml.

In addition, 15brewery will be temporarily closed on Sunday, April 5 because it will be set up at FUJISAWA CRAFT BEER FEST, held at Sun Pearl Square in front of Fujisawa Station North Exit. If you want to secure beer to take home in Hayama, April 4 is the day to aim for.
