Tap information for May 25

The beer pub umbrella RiB in Togano-cho, Osaka will be open on Monday, May 25, from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM. In the post, it introduced one new keg opening: the collaboration beer "Diffusiophilia (Diffusion Philia)" by Totopia (Aichi) x VERTERE (Tokyo). It is an 8.5% Hazy Double IPA, combining a soft fruitiness with the satisfying heft typical of a Double IPA.

There are 12 taps on offer that day. The lineup ranges widely from IPA, saison, stout, and sour, including Ushitora Brewery's "Mosaic Edge," Revision's "Tight Lines," Kakegawa Beer’s "This Is Saison," Flora Fermentation's "Hydra," and VERTERE's "Protea." Stigbergets' "Trouble Sleep" is a 12% imperial coffee stout, making the lineup appealing even for those looking for something rich and heavy. Among the Japanese breweries represented are Kuninocho Beer, Nara Brewing, Bloomin', Two Rabbits Brewing, and Amakusa Sonar Beer.

In addition to draft beer, umbrella RiB also serves more than 60 bottled and canned craft beers, and it offers irregular hamburger sales on weekends. Hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, with food last order at 10:30 PM. A Hino Brewing tap takeover is also scheduled for Sunday, June 14, so there is plenty to look forward to.
