At CRAFT BEER Market Tokyo Torch (on the first floor of Tokiwabashi Tower) in Otemachi, Tokyo, three guest beers have been tapped at the same time. In an Instagram post on March 17, the shop introduced labels with clearly defined character as its St Patrick's Day pour.

One of the highlights this time is PAINT PALETTE BREWING's "Hypnotic Graffiti". The post describes it as a collaboration Double IPA with Kyoto Brewing, featuring a strong aroma suggestive of terpene oil, berries, and resin, along with a dry finish even at a high ABV. It is a must-try for IPA fans who want to enjoy rich layers of aroma.

The second is Y.Market Brewing's "Chou IPA". It is introduced as a WIPA built around firm bitterness, with malt sweetness and hop-driven fruitiness layered on top. With tropical notes reminiscent of pineapple, peach, and citrus, it suits those looking for a beer with a substantial body.

The third is Johana Beer "Mukai no Sakura Peach Tea Flavor". Using the know-how from its black tea series, it combines the juiciness of peach juice with the aroma of tea in a refreshing, lightly sweet design. In contrast to the bitterness-forward IPA lineup, it has a balanced profile that also works well with food.

Located in a corner of the central business district, the shop is an easy stop after work. Its appeal is that you can compare a high-ABV hoppy IPA and aromatically driven flavor beers all in one place. As a St Patrick's Day post, it is a tap update full of the simple pleasure of deciding, "Which one should I drink first today?"
