Grau Craft beer bar in Minami, Fujimino City, Saitama, is currently highlighting a summer-friendly tap lineup with a fruit-driven saison at the center. The standout is Mugizakkokobo’s 彩:IRODORI Saison UME. The brewery’s IRODORI series uses local ingredients from Saitama, and this release uses home-grown plum whole-fruit, giving it a bright aroma and a soft, gentle finish.
