At the beer pub Beer Space On Tap, located in the basement on Motomachi-dori in Kobe, a new tap list was announced. The first beer introduced in the post was KAMIKATZ BEER's "Yamaninudake." This West Coast IPA comes in at Alc 7.5% and IBU 85, and is characterized by hop aromas reminiscent of grapefruit and pine, along with a firm bitterness.

New Taps

This highlight beer is inspired by Mt. Yamaninudake in Kamikatsu, Tokushima. It uses Nugget, Columbus, Simcoe, Cascade, Chinook, and Amarillo hops, and is said to finish with a clear drinking profile, green lingering notes, and a lasting bitterness. Rather than a flashy juicy style, it is one for days when you want to enjoy the outline of bitterness.
