The day’s draft lineup features four beers. Yokohama Bay Brewing’s Bay Pilsner is a 5.0% Bohemian Pilsner from Totsuka, Kanagawa. Field Ales’ Nice Pace is a 5.5% pale ale from Shinano, Nagano. The selection is rounded out by Shiga Kogen Beer’s Indian Summer Saison, a 7.0% Belgian IPA from Yamanouchi, Nagano.
True to its name, Chiitoko Shouten pairs beer with coffee and dagashi, as well as house-baked treats.
