In line with the "SHIBATA OYSTER BAR" held in Shibata City, Tsukioka Brewery released an event-exclusive beer. The beer is "Moon and Sea -TSUKIOKA SHIO LEMON-". Its style is Contemporary Gose, with an alcohol content of 5%, and it is priced at 880 yen including tax for 330 ml (released on February 1, 2026).

The core of this beer lies in the locality of its ingredients. It uses lemons grown in Shibata and true salt from Ako City, Hyogo Prefecture, which is linked to Shibata through its connection to Chushingura. By bringing out the lemon aroma and the gentle edge of saltiness, it is designed to pair easily with oyster dishes.

During the event period, Tsukioka Brewery (& KITCHEN GEPPO) is also offering oyster menu items. The main limited-time foods are "Akaho-grown oyster ajillo (with baguette)" for 1,580 yen including tax and "Akaho-grown oyster bread gratin" for 1,380 yen including tax. In addition, limited sets including drinks were available on February 11, 13, and 14.

"Shibata Oyster Bar" is a roaming-style project that lets visitors enjoy Akaho oysters throughout Shibata City. Tsukioka Brewery's article says there are "more than 30 participating stores," while the official website announces 37 participating shops for the 2026 winter edition. With stamp-rally initiatives and prize campaigns across multiple venues, the project goes beyond a one-off dining event and includes a town-walking experience design.

Tsukioka Brewery itself is a brewery based in the Tsukioka Onsen area that promotes "beer that connects people with people, and people with the region." In addition to its regular Yuagari Pale Ale and Emerald Ale, it steadily strengthens its identity as a craft beer brewery from an onsen town by repeatedly creating limited brews that incorporate local ingredients and regional context like this one.
