BEER HUNTING URAWA, a craft beer pub a short walk from Kita-Urawa Station, offers a relaxed wood-toned interior and a lineup built for beer fans. For 'Yohji's Midnight Diner' on Sunday, July 19, the shop will stay open from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. the next morning. Food last order is 6:00 a.m., drink last order is 6:30 a.m., and a 300-yen cover charge applies after midnight.
Beers on tap
- Hand-pumped real ale: 'HOME TOWN ALE' (U.B.P BREWERY)
- '三十苦' (Ushitora Brewery)
- House beers from U.B.P BREWERY: 'Kick Off Pils', 'La La Kölsch', 'あさかのきさきエール', and 'Counter Attack!'

- 'MASARU IPA' (Jozana Beer)

Three of the taps are new releases. The range spans a hand-pumped ale, pilsner, kölsch, fruit ale, IPA, dark lager, weizen, and more, making the lineup broad enough for side-by-side tasting. Beyond beer, the pub also lists lemon sours made with non-waxed lemons from Miki-jima in Hiroshima and a chunky grated-citrus sour. The food menu includes the house shumai, fried dishes, salads, and other late-night plates.
The shop also runs a liquor corner for takeaway purchases, so it works both as a place to sit down for a long session and as a stop for buying beer to go.
