HINO BREWING canned beers have newly arrived at the beer pub Nomimono-ya in Busshozan-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. This lineup consists of four labels inspired by the Hino Festival. Ranging from lager to stout, the appeal is that you can choose according to your mood.
Beers Arrived
- Baka Lager
Czech-style lager, 5%, IBU23. Inspired by "Bakabayashi," the Hino Festival's signature accompanying music, this beer is characterized by a balance of the calm character typical of bottom fermentation, the umami of malt, and a crisp acidity.
- Yare Yare Ale
American pale ale, 5%, IBU42. Named after the shout used while carrying the mikoshi, this beer is designed to balance the aroma and bitterness of citrusy hops with the sweetness of malt.
- Dont Yare IPA
Hazy IPA, 5.5%, IBU33. Centered on lightness and a pleasant bitterness, it layers citrus aromas like grapefruit and lime with notes reminiscent of peach and mango.
- Kudari Stout
Coffee stout, 5.5%. Built as a light-bodied beer inspired by the "Kudari" accompaniment, this black beer lets you clearly taste the cold-brew coffee character and also works well as a final drink.
