A Collaboration That Crosses the Boundary Between Coffee and Beer

DD4D BREWING (Matsuyama, Ehime) will release two beers and original merchandise in collaboration with NO COFFEE on May 9, 2026. One of the items in the lineup is NO BEER (Shiofi-chan Ver.). The style is Ginger Lemon West Coast IPA, with an alcohol content of 6.5% and an IBU of 20.

This beer is designed with malt, hops, ginger, and lemon peel, and is said to feature the refreshing aroma of citrus hops and Setouchi lemon. Built around the crisp, clean finish typical of a West Coast IPA, with ginger layered in, it is a beer that emphasizes the balance between aroma and bitterness.

It will be sold in 350 ml cans and 15 L kegs. The canned version is priced at 900 yen (tax included) and will be available through the official DD4D BREWING online store, the DD4D BREWING & CLOTHING STORE, retail locations nationwide, and the NO COFFEE TENJIN PARK store. At NO COFFEE locations, it will be served in-store only.

DD4D BREWING is a brewery that began brewing in Matsuyama, Ehime in 2019. It originally grew out of an apparel shop, and today it continues to make beer based in Matsuyama, incorporating distinctive adjuncts and collaborations. This new release can be seen as reflecting that approach.

The simultaneously released NO BEER (Enuo-kun Ver.) is a sour ale made with coffee, and the pairing of two beers in different directions is another point of interest. For beer fans, this is a collaboration to enjoy by comparing the aromas and bitterness design of each beer.
