DD4D BREWING will begin selling its new beer, Iyokan Splash, on October 27, 2026. Created as part of SPRING VALLEY BREWERY’s “PLAY CRAFT BEER ACTIONS,” the limited-batch beer uses the peel of iyokan citrus grown in Ehime Prefecture.
The beer’s defining character is its vivid, juicy iyokan aroma. It has a light drinking profile, followed by hop notes reminiscent of grapefruit and berries. A gentle malt character typical of a pale ale adds balance, keeping the beer from becoming purely fruit-forward.
