Hop BroFirst, from Tokyo’s T.Y.HARBOR, there’s Pale Ale; from Ehime’s GROUNDTAP BREWERY, Asanagi Lemon Wit; and then Shiga Kogen Beer’s Kind of Gold. Their aromas, bodies, and personalities are all completely different, so tasting them side by side should be fun.
MugiWhat is that! Lemon Wit sounds like lemon-flavored watts or something. I’m surprised by a name that sounds almost electric!
Hop BroHere, “wit” refers to witbier, which means a white beer made with wheat. It tends to have lemony aromas and a light tartness, so you can think of Asanagi Lemon Wit as bringing that refreshing character right in line with its name.
