On Tap

Beer Cafe Ninkasi in Fujimidai, Kunitachi, Tokyo, posted its June 13 beer update. Because the bar was also appearing at a Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology market that day, opening was scheduled later than usual, around 7:30 p.m. The lineup is varied and clearly built for drinkers who like to move between styles.

- Black Tide / Hoya Boya [Hazy IPA]
- Swan Lake Beer x BET / Nagi [Kölsch]
- Locobeer / Sakura, Kaori no Nama [Kölsch]
- Nomcraft / Emulator [IPL]
- Daisen G Beer / Weizenbock
- Locobeer x Joya Togi Living / Try It! [Ordinary Bitter]
- Hansharo Beer / Fresh Green Tea Ale
- Craft Rock / Dunk City IPA [American IPA]
- Swan Lake Beer / Porter
- Kirin Beer / Braumeister

The range runs from hazy and hop-forward beers to more malt-driven and easygoing styles, which makes the tap board useful for comparison as well as casual drinking with food.

Coming Soon

The coming-soon section adds Ise Kadoya Beer / Neko Ni Hiki [Hazy Double IPA], Shiga Kogen Beer / KASUMI [Hazy Session IPA], and Green Brewery / Aka Post IPA [Red IPA]. It also includes Sanktgallen / Pineapple Ale [Fruit Ale], the beer that stands out most for readers tracking seasonal fruit-driven releases.

Ninkasi's post shows the kind of balance many beer bars aim for: current taps that cover a broad spectrum, plus a preview of what's next. For drinkers in the Kunitachi area, that means one stop can answer both "what's pouring now" and "what should I watch for next."
