Nagara Kikorin Brewery, based in Nagara Town, Chosei District, Chiba, has announced that its Kikorin Beer brand will be making its way to Umeda, Osaka. In an Instagram post titled “Kikorin Beer, heading to Osaka Umeda!”, the brewery shared its plans to bring its locally brewed beer to one of Osaka’s busiest drinking districts.

Nagara Town is surrounded by rich natural landscapes, and Nagara Kikorin Brewery operates from this rural setting while brewing beer under the distinctive Kikorin name. The move to Umeda offers the brewery an opportunity to introduce its Chiba-made beer to drinkers farther west and to connect with craft beer fans in the Kansai region.

Umeda is a major commercial and dining hub centered around Osaka Station, with numerous bars and restaurants serving a wide range of beers. The eventual experience of Kikorin Beer will depend on whether it is offered on draft, in cans, or in bottles, as well as which venue carries it.

The Instagram announcement does not specify the participating venue, start date, beer style, or sales format. Beer fans in Osaka will want to follow the brewery’s future updates for further information. Kikorin Beer’s arrival represents a new chance to discover the character of a small brewery from Nagara Town in the heart of Umeda.
