The highlight of the day will be a lineup of limited fruit sours built around juice. The selection is set to feature drinks that bring acidity and fruit character to the forefront, including "Le Lectier" made with pear, "Sakura and Konatsu" made with Yamagata cherry juice and hyuganatsu juice, "Konatsu Hime" packed with hyuganatsu juice, "Blood Hime" made with blood orange juice, "Hime Mons" with iyokan juice and mango, and "Blood Hime Mons" combining blood orange and mango.
The beers from AQUWA brew works should not be missed either. The lineup has a clear craft-brew identity, with house brews such as the Bohemian pilsner "Chieko," the modern IPA "Beyond time," the golden strong ale "Minami-Urawa Golden Gai," the peanut stout "Masa Kuro," and the brewery's established label "Kudamonz." The guest side also includes Kyoto Brewing's "Summer Whim" and "Shigoku Tozen," making it easy to compare each beer's character one by one.
