On November 22, 2025, Logram Brewing announced its new product Cuvée de Malt “Trois” on Instagram. The style is Sparkling Fruited Ale, and the alcohol content is 4.5%.

The recipe revealed in the post is as follows.

- Hop: Nelson Sauvin
- Malt: Pils, Carapils, Acidulated Malt
- Adjuncts: White Grape Juice, Green Apple Juice, Pear Juice

The description says the beer uses Sauvignon Blanc fruit from a Yamanashi winery, layers in white-grape aromatics through Nelson Sauvin, and is finished crisply and dry with champagne yeast. In other words, it is designed to deliver a multidimensional aromatic profile more like wine than beer.

As you would expect from Logram Brewing, a Tokyo-based brewery, this is a beer that brings wine-like aromatic expression into a craft-beer context. While it is packed with aromatic elements, the ABV is kept to 4.5%, so it should also offer a balance that makes it easy to pair with food.

The sales notice in the post says it is available at @celab_by_logrambrewing. How they landed the character of white-wine-style hops with fruit juice and yeast design is the key question here. Logram's new release looks set to be a notable drop for fans who prioritize aroma.
