Shinjuku's Marumugi posts a July 2 tap list with five craft beers
The beer pub Marumugi in Arakicho, Shinjuku, has published its July 2 tap lineup. The list features five beers from COEDO, TWO RABBITS BREWING, Mojiko Retro Beer, Repubrew x open air brewing, and Shonan Beer, spanning crisp, tropical, wheaty, and food-friendly styles.
Marumugi, a small beer pub in Arakicho, Shinjuku, posted its July 2 craft beer lineup. The regular pricing is 1,200 yen plus tax for a large pour and 900 yen plus tax for a small pour, with five beers on the board from COEDO, TWO RABBITS BREWING, Mojiko Retro Beer, Repubrew x open air brewing, and Shonan Beer.

A cold IPA with a sharp finish and lively hop character.

An IPA driven by New Zealand hops and tropical aromatics.
- Amakusa Shiranui Weizen / Mojiko Retro Beer (Fukuoka) 5.0% +100 yen
A refreshing wheat beer with citrus-like Shiranui notes.
- THUNDERSTRUCK IPA / Repubrew x open air brewing (Shizuoka) 5.5% +100 yen
A distinctive collaboration beer combining hops and sansho pepper.
- Alt / Shonan Beer (Kanagawa) 5.0%
A malty, elegant beer that pairs well with food.
Marumugi is located on the second floor of Ichibankan Building in Arakicho, about a three-minute walk from Yotsuya-sanchome Station. The shop also announced a July 4 event featuring an original coffee-scented beer and a performance of the ghost story Yotsuya Kaidan, produced by storyteller Kanda Yonomaru.
