Niiza Craft is Niiza's first craft beer brand, born in July 2021 in Niiza City, Saitama Prefecture. With a mission to liven up Niiza with beer made locally, it has continued brewing at the factory completed in May 2023. Its emphasis on making use of local ingredients is also a defining feature, and its official website introduces beers made with carrot leaves as well as a future vision for making things with "Niiza 100%."
This latest appearance will give Niiza Craft, which has expanded through everyday restaurants and liquor stores, an opportunity to connect directly with drinkers at event venues. In Kitasasaka, frankfurters will also be added, creating a lineup that can be enjoyed alongside the beer.
