The brewery Neko Beer, based in Minami Ward, Fukuoka City, introduced its new pilsner, "Pilsnyaa!", on Instagram. Its specs are Style: pilsner, Abv. 5.0%, Malt: pilsner, and Hops: Saaz. It was brewed with the kind of careful lagering that defines a classic, orthodox pilsner.

In the post, the beer was described as a "straight-up, orthodox pilsner." It was revealed that it was carefully matured for about two months, and while a well-chilled pour offers a sharp drinking impression, letting it warm slightly brings out its malty character and the aroma derived from noble hops, suggesting a beer with a broad range of ways to enjoy it.

Neko Beer is a brewery based in Minami Ward, Fukuoka, and is also known for its friendly, cat-themed messaging. In this post as well, it was presented as a "luxurious lager" brewed in small quantities in a small tank, showing an approach that prioritizes careful brewing over mass production.

It is also being served at Beer Kichi and Kissa Kitty from the other day. For pilsner lovers, it seems fun to first enjoy it well chilled to check the balance between the malt profile and the Saaz aroma, then raise the temperature a little and observe how the flavor changes. Rather than flashy embellishments, this is the kind of beer to enjoy as a meticulously executed classic.
