Event Overview

DREAMBEER will hold the "Craft Beer General Election 2026 in Umikaze Park" as part of "EARLY SUMMER FESTA 2026 -Music and Beer-" at Umikaze Park in Yokosuka, Kanagawa, from April 25 to May 17, 2026. The event will run only on live performance dates, admission is free, beer starts at 900 yen, and food will be available from food trucks.

At the venue, 20 labels selected from more than 280 beers across 94 breweries handled by DREAMBEER will be served. The lineup is designed so visitors can compare flavors from Hokkaido to Okinawa, and one highlight is that the beers will be poured on the company’s double-tap server rather than a standard commercial dispenser. A LINE voting system will also let guests support their favorite beer, making it an interactive event that goes beyond simply drinking.

One of the main attractions this time is the collaboration between Yokohama Beer’s popular "Yokohama Lager" and Junretsu. Buyers will also receive a limited-edition sticker, and more collaborations with other artists are planned in the future. It is a clearly defined event where people can enjoy a drink with music in a park swept by sea breezes.

For those who want to savor a beer’s individuality, brewpubs such as Tendo Brewery (Ichiraku) in Tendo, Yamagata are also worth a look. This brewery, operated directly by the onsen ryokan inside Yuboh Ichiraku, offers labels that make use of local ingredients, such as "Seioubou (Saint Cherry)," which uses cherries, and "Mr.A," which brings out the aroma of buckwheat. Tastings like this also provide an opportunity to rediscover the differences in "a drink unique to each place."
