Tsukioka Brewery produces craft beer based in Tsukioka Onsen in Shibata City, Niigata Prefecture, making use of local ingredients and the character of the region. The newly announced 'Tsukioka Lemon' is a seasonal item that has been well received every year, and it will be brought back for sale again this year.

This beer is a lemon beer made using whole organic lemons grown in Shibata. In its post, the brewery explained that it uses lemon peel at separate stages of production for flavor and aroma, adding careful attention to how the aroma comes through. The style is fruit beer, the alcohol content is 5%, and it will be sold in 330 ml bottles.

The sales schedule is as follows: reservations open at 10:00 a.m. on March 27, and sales in stores and through the online shop begin at 10:00 a.m. on April 3. Reserved orders can be picked up from April 3 through May 6, at two locations: Tsukioka Brewery & KITCHEN GEPPO and Teramachi Tamari Station. The price is 880 yen, tax included.

Because this is a limited brew, both reserved orders and in-store stock will end once the available quantity is reached. With a product that brings Tsukioka Brewery's regional character to the forefront, it is likely to draw attention in spring retail displays.
