Vi-Again Brewing has introduced HOLHY IPA as a new release. True to the brewery at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Gotemba, Shizuoka Prefecture, it uses natural Mt. Fuji water for the brewing water and puts the emphasis on a design that brings out the aroma of the ingredients.

The beer is positioned as a collaboration with mural artist Hohly. The twin dragons depicted on the label incorporate two motifs: the water flowing from Mt. Fuji and the brewery's stainless-steel equipment, expressing the idea that beer is born in a place where nature and brewing gear intersect.

The flavor design is straightforward as well. The style is American IPA and the ABV is 6.0%. It is dry-hopped with Galaxy, Citra, Idaho 7, and Mosaic to bring out aromas of grapefruit, lemon-lime, and ripe tropical fruit, while finishing with a sharp, clean aftertaste. The malt bill uses flaked wheat and flaked oats; rather than adding body, it is tuned to smoothly carry the expanding hop character, which is another defining feature.

As a brewery attached to the campsite Vi-again Village, Vi-Again Brewing has presented its beers as part of creating a space where people connect with one another. This new release also balances drinkability and visual storytelling, clearly reflecting the brewery's direction.
