Tokyo∞景, the beer pub run by Omori Sanno Brewery in Omori, will host another edition of its craft-beer discussion event, Chat With Beer, on July 16. The venue combines a standing counter centered on eight taps pouring Omori Sanno Beer, a terrace beer garden, and a flexible interior that also works as an event space or live venue.

The session is built around tasting and conversation rather than a lecture. Guests sample beer while talking about color, aroma, bitterness, mouthfeel, beer styles, and hop differences. The guides are Omitsu, who handles the recipes for Omori Sanno Brewery's original beers, and Kubocchi, a beer enthusiast with Japan Beer Test Level 1. Earlier sessions reportedly started with a simple question like “What is IPA?” and grew into a casual exchange of what each participant already knew. The group is also aiming together for Japan's Beer Test, known as Beer Ken.
