TBE Brewing in Ebisu South posted its Aug. 25 keg lineup. The list includes `Mundaka` from CRAK Brewery plus beers from Shiga Kogen, Nagataki, Hop Dog, and more, alongside sashimi, steak, and other beer-friendly dishes.

MugiOooh! But every time I hear Hazy IPA, my brain also gets hazy. Is that a delicious kind of confusion?
Hop BroThat part matters. Hazy IPA means cloudy and soft, with a gentler mouthfeel and juicy hop aroma that comes forward really nicely.
MugiNo way! That sounds like a drinkable cloud, and now I’m staring at Nagataki’s “Crash/Mosaic Hazy IPA” like it personally called my name.
Hop BroAnd Hopdog has DDH Hazy IPA “FaRM to YOU” on too. DDH means extra dry hopping, basically layering in more hop aroma during brewing.
