Quartet Brewing announces June's Nippon Craft Beer Fest 2026
Quartet Brewing in Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture, announced on Instagram the "Nippon Craft Beer Festival 2026 in Sumida," to be held on June 13 and 14. It will be a craft beer event in Tokyo bringing together more than 40 beer labels from 20 companies.
Quartet Brewing is a craft beer brewery operating a brewery and taproom on Karuizawa Hondori in Karuizawa Town, Nagano Prefecture. This time, it used Instagram to announce the June "Nippon Craft Beer Festival 2026 in Sumida."
According to the post, the event will be held over two days, Saturday, June 13 and Sunday, June 14. The venue is the Sumida Sangyo Kaikan Event Hall, and hours are 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on both days. Advance tickets are 4,300 yen for both days combined, and more than 40 beers from 20 Japanese craft beer makers will be available.
In Quartet Brewing's post, it invited not only regulars but also first-time attendees to come. The post clearly conveys the event's character as a chance to sample beers from breweries across Japan all in one place.
For this brewery, which makes beer daily in Karuizawa and serves it in its taproom, a large event in Tokyo is also a venue to bring its beer to a wider audience. In a context different from its usual store operations, the appeal of this event seems to be the chance to encounter beers with the brewers' faces behind them.
