KEG-NAGOYA, a beer pub in Higashisakura, Nagoya, featured Shiga Kogen Beer’s SNOW MONKEY IPA Silver Label Ver. The latest tap update also adds beers from Minoh and OH!LA!HO, while several other lines are set to rotate to Atsumi Peninsula Brewing, Swan Lake Beer, and more.
At KEG-NAGOYA in Higashisakura, Nagoya, the latest tap update highlights Shiga Kogen Beer’s "SNOW MONKEY IPA Silver Label Ver." The beer is listed as a New England IPA at 6% ABV. According to the post, the hop bill has been reworked this year, centering on distinctive New Zealand hops and adding American varieties as well. The result is described as a bright blonde pour with citrus, grapefruit, lychee, and white-peach-like notes, finishing dry rather than sweet.
The bar also notes newly connected beers: Minoh Beer’s "Saruyama Shikao" and OH!LA!HO Beer’s "Raiden Kan' I IPA". In addition, several lines are expected to change soon:
