Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE announces its June lineup, with extended hours on June 6
Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE in Mizunami, Gifu, has posted its June schedule. On June 6, the brewpub will extend bar hours for A GOOD DAY MARKET, while tap takeovers and festival appearances are lined up later in the month.
Camado Brewery HAKOFUNE is the brewpub directly operated by Camado Brewery in Kamado-cho, Mizunami, Gifu. In the June post, the team lays out its monthly schedule, starting with an extended bar session on Saturday, June 6, when the beer bar will be open from 11:00 to 21:00 for A GOOD DAY MARKET.
The market lineup includes tartines made with Kamado bread, natural wine, coffee, and craft beer. The space is described as having around 30 covered seats, which makes it an easy stop even if the weather turns. The bakery side, Kamado Pan, is open from Thursday to Monday, 9:00 to 17:00, while supplies last, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off and an additional temporary closure on Thursday the 25th.
The rest of the month is packed as well. Saturday, June 13 includes appearances tied to the Ryugin no Taki firefly festival and the YOSAKOI Soran Festival in Sapporo, plus a Canal Brewing TTO in Oimachi. Saturday, June 20 features an Yellow Ape WTTO together with Daisen G Beer, and Saturday, June 28 is scheduled for the Kometomugi Festival in Kyoto.
What makes HAKOFUNE worth watching is the beer itself. As a brewpub, it is a place to drink Camado’s freshly made beer alongside food. For example, Fond de White Hondo White is a Belgian white with a soft, rounded profile, while Kasumu Ryosen Hazy IPA leans into hop aroma and a hazy texture. The June schedule is as much about where to go as it is about what to pour once you get there.
