NEIGHBOR in Nogata, Nakano, Tokyo has shared its current draft lineup, and the highlight is the collaboration beer "VANADINITE / Mexican Light Lager (4.5%)" from Bighand bros. × NEIGHBOR. The beer was brewed as the second installment of a three-way collaboration involving esperanza in Fukuoka, NEIGHBOR in Tokyo, and PARLOR OKUMURA. It uses corn and wheat, and is described as having gentle sweetness, floral aroma, and a dry finish, with a suggestion to serve it with lime.

The rest of the lineup is built around saisons, plus a hazy IPA and a stout range for balance.

On the food side, NEIGHBOR is also recommending items such as scallop carpaccio with freshly harvested basil and house-made genovese sauce, charcoal-grilled young corn, salmon biryani, chili con carne nachos, and tuna pasta with yuzu kosho cream sauce. The mix gives drinkers plenty of room to pair lighter beers with the seafood dishes and move into fuller-bodied pours later in the session. The bar opens at 5:00 pm.
