15brewery is a brewery in Hayama, Kanagawa, that operates as takeaway-only. For Wednesday, July 1, the tap list includes five beers across Belgian-style, stout, raw ale, fruit beer, and IPA categories.

The shop notes a 14:00-19:00 opening window. Standing service is currently closed, and sales are by volume only. Customers can bring airtight bottles, and carbonated PET bottles or screw-cap glass bottles are also accepted. Bottled beer is currently out of stock.

At the center of the lineup is the Belgian-style beer "Numa no Soko." It uses a high proportion of wheat malt and is brewed with orange peel, coriander seed, chamomile, clove, lime from Owase in Mie Prefecture, and honey from Hachigoya in Nagai, Yokosuka. The result is described as having sweetness, acidity, and a layered spicy profile.

The black beer is "Stout," presented as deeply rich and very dark. "Raw Red Ale" uses a Raw Ale process without boiling the wort, emphasizing the heavier, fuller flavor and aroma of malt.

The fruit beer "Dotsudan Ale (Summer Mikan Ale)" uses summer mikan from Hayama's Royal Fruits and is described as having a refreshing finish. "Raw Hazy IPA" also uses the Raw Ale method, with hop-driven citrus and pine-like aromas plus a modest bitterness. According to the post, both "Dotsudan Ale" and "Raw Hazy IPA" use baguettes from Miura Pan-ya Mitsumugi as part of the ingredients.

The result is a lineup that mixes local ingredients with distinctive brewing methods, giving the shop a clear Hayama identity. It is takeaway-focused, but the beer list is varied enough to appeal to drinkers looking for a well-defined flavor range.
