Two New Beers Tapped

In an Instagram post from Craft Beer Market LUCUA Osaka, two newly tapped beers were announced. One is Miyashita Shuzo Co., Ltd.'s "Doppo Beer Muscat Pils". This fruit beer uses muscat grapes from Okayama Prefecture, and the post describes it as having a "clean, refreshing aroma." It is a drink that lets you lightly enjoy fruit-derived aromas, making it well suited to the current season.

The other is Y.MARKET BREWING's "Yellow Sky Pale Ale". Based on an American pale ale, it is a fruit ale made with plenty of yuzu peel, with the balance of yuzu aroma and bitterness said to be its signature. Since it combines a hop-driven backbone with a citrus accent, it works for both people who want to enjoy the aroma and those who value a crisp finish.

Sweet Potato Shochu Offered at the Same Time

The post that day also introduced two bottles of sweet potato shochu as side drinks. Tazaki Shuzo's "Puu" was presented as offering aromas like muscat and lychee, and it was recommended as a soda highball. The other bottle was Kokubu Shuzo's "Taisho no Hitoteki," which was introduced as a sweet and rich spirit, alongside an explanation that the koji-making methods of the Taisho era had been revived. Even though it is a beer pub, being able to choose shochu to match your mood gives the place a distinctly broad appeal.

At Balchika, Directly Connected to Umeda Station

Craft Beer Market LUCUA Osaka is located inside "Balchika" on the B2F of LUCUA Osaka, directly connected to JR Osaka Station. The official website describes it as a beer pub offering about 30 kinds of craft beer, and its setup is also convenient for lunch, cafe time, and dinner. The post also introduced party plans and lunch menus, making it easy to enjoy food and beer together. It is the kind of place you would want to visit in Umeda when you want to try a new tap and a side drink all at once.
