Beers in stock
- HimeMead w/BeeCamp
The first mead ever brewed by gogoshima beer farm. This is made with BeeCamp honey and the peel of naturally grown Iyokan from Izumi Farm, giving it the soft aroma of honey and citrus nuances. It finishes dry without leaving sweetness behind, suggesting a light, easy-drinking profile.
- AppleSourAle w/Shimizu Farm
A collaboration made with San Fuji apples from Shimizu Farm in Hokushinano, Nagano Prefecture. The design layers crisp apple aroma and acidity with a subtle smoky note from melanoidin malt, making it suitable both as an aperitif and with a meal. Pairings such as prosciutto, smoked cheese, and duck are also suggested.
- Iyokan IPA w/Hanamoto Farm
The flagship beer from gogoshima beer farm and this season’s new batch. This West Coast IPA uses thinned young Iyokan fruit grown at Hanamoto Farm on Gogoshima, and it won bronze in the Fruit Beer category at the International Beer Cup 2024. The structure combines the fresh juiciness of young Iyokan with the green brightness of citrus hops.
- Coffee Amber Ale w/cotton john coffee
A staple beer brewed with Colombian decaf roasted by Cotton John Coffee, the island’s own roastery. This time, the malt bill has been adjusted, the color made slightly brighter, and the alcohol content set to 4%. It is the kind of beer you can sip slowly, with a balance of roast character and lightness.
BeerO’clock Bottle Shop is a place where you can enjoy both the fun of choosing a bottle to take home and the pleasure of drinking it on the spot. When beers with clearly expressed ingredients like fruit, honey, and coffee come in as they have this time, the appeal of comparing them side by side in a glass only grows.
