Three New Teenage Brewing Releases Arrive at BeerO'clock Bottle Shop
BeerO'clock Bottle Shop in Chiba has added three Teenage Brewing releases: Tokigawa Infusion : Byakudan, Memory Man, and Young Forever, Aged Today. The bottle shop and beer pub format makes them easy to take home or drink on site.
BeerO'clock Bottle Shop at 1-4 Nitta-cho, Chuo Ward, Chiba, works both as a bottle shop and as a beer pub, so guests can either take beer home or drink it on site. In the latest post, the shop announced three new Teenage Brewing releases.
The three beers
- Tokigawa Infusion : Byakudan
Spacey Hazy IPA, 5.5% ABV. This collaboration brings together Bar Ben Fiddich, 黒衣香木香料店, and Teenage Brewing. It is described as a sandalwood-and-watermelon sour IPA, with elderflower and cardamom adding depth, and Nelson Sauvin and Elixir as the hops.
- Memory Man
DDH DIPA, 8.0% ABV. Inspired by the legendary analog delay unit, it leans into dense hop aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, and stone fruit. The hop bill includes Freestyle Nelson Sauvin, Peacharine, Mosaic, and Mosaic Cryo.
- Young Forever, Aged Today
Stainless Aged Farmhouse Ale with sour cherry and pear, 7.0% ABV. It is Teenage Brewing's second 3rd-anniversary beer and the brewery's first barrel-aged farmhouse ale. The beer blends a pear- and hop-led base aged in wine barrels with a saison aged with sour cherry, aiming for a layered but smooth profile.
The lineup spans bright fruit, deep hop character, and mixed-fermentation complexity. For a shop like BeerO'clock Bottle Shop, that range is exactly what makes a guest beer delivery worth a stop: you can compare styles, choose a bottle to take away, or open one right away in the shop.
