Three Beers Introduced at Hathor

At "Craft Beer Spot Hathor" in Kyobashi, Osaka, two beers were introduced as the tapped beers of the day, and one beer was introduced as the recommended beer of the day. True to the shop’s character, with 16 taps and house-smoked dishes, the lineup spans everything from lager to IPA to dark beer.

Tapped Beers of the Day

- Yuzu Weizen / Fuji Sakura Kogen Beer
A beer based on Fuji Sakura Kogen Beer’s flagship weizen, with yuzu peel from Fujikawa Town, Yamanashi Prefecture added. Citrus notes from Citra hops also layer in, creating a refreshing finish where the yuzu aroma rises gently within the fruitiness.

- Kinki Pale Ale ~HBC 522 Single ver~ / Oni Densetsu Beer
A pale ale designed with a balance of citrus character and sharp bitterness in mind. It is presented as a highly drinkable beer, ideal for people who want to enjoy the outline of the hops clearly.

Recommended Beer of the Day

- "NIGORI" Sake IPA / Shiga Kogen Beer
A Sake IPA built on a popular IPA made with homegrown rice, with moromi added at the final stage of fermentation. Japanese-sake-derived elements are layered in, adding a multi-dimensional flavor profile to the beer’s easy-drinking nature.

Other Taps

The tap list also includes the standard Heartland / Kirin Beer, plus Kazeoni IPL / Oni Densetsu Beer, Almost Cider ~Fuji ver~ / Iwate Kura Beer, Palms Way IPA / Coronado, Mantle / Uchu Brewing, Grapefruit Sculpin IPA / Ballast Point, and Oyster Stout / Iwate Kura Beer. With a range spanning light lager, fruit-driven beers, IPAs, and dark beer, it seems like a place where you can keep drinking alongside smoked dishes.
