From the beer pub Nomimono-ya in Busshozan-cho, Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture, comes news of new guest beer arrivals. This time, there are two beers from @2ndsaw.

First up is Ya Dig. The style is Czech style dark lager, and the ABV is 5.5%. In the post, it is described as featuring toasty malt character, coffee aromas, and a rich yet crisp finish. The ingredients are listed as malt, hops, and coffee beans, making it an easy-drinking beer suited to pairing with food.

The other is Topsy Bananas. This one is a Pastry Stout with ABV 9.5% and restrained bitterness. It uses 10 kinds of malt, Cashmere hops, and the adjuncts banana, lactose, and vanilla beans. The post explains that even in this new batch, the rich sweetness and full-bodied thickness remain intact, with aromas reminiscent of banana, vanilla, caramel, and toffee layered together.
