A newly tapped beer

At Beer Space On Tap, located in the basement of Kobe Plaza Hotel in Motomachi-dori, Chuo Ward, Kobe, FUKUOKA CRAFT's "Sea and Tomato Mexican Ale" has been newly tapped. It has an ABV of 4%. Inspired by Mexico's beer cocktail "michelada," this beer is built around the savory depth of tomato juice, layered with clam extract, celery powder, and habanero salsa.

Today's tap lineup

The post introduced the following six beers as "Today's on Tap."

- T.Y HARBOR / Pale Ale
- FUKUOKA CRAFT / Sea and Tomato Mexican Ale
- FILL BREWING / WHAT A NEW WORLD
- GOOD HOPS / Twilight Cascade
- Komainu Brewery / Sakura Saison
- Shiga Kogen Beer / Draft Pale Ale (Real Ale ver.)

A lineup that shows the range of drinking styles

The day's selection brings together taps with very different flavor profiles, from a standard pale ale and a saison to a Cascade-driven beer and a draft pale ale in real ale format. Among them, the "Sea and Tomato Mexican Ale" is especially interesting because it does not rely only on the sweetness of tomato; instead, it creates balance through the use of habanero salsa, making it a creative twist with a clearly defined drinking profile.
