Kichi Brewing, a brewery based in Horikiri-Shobuen, Katsushika, Tokyo, has released its October schedule. In addition to regular brewery operations, the brewery will take part in several neighborhood events, so visitors are advised to check the latest calendar before traveling.

From October 3 to 4, Kichi Brewing will pour at the Shibamata Yoi Festa from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. This year, fellow brewer Noroshi Brewing will also be invited, expanding the beer lineup beyond Kichi Brewing’s own beers. The brewery’s regular location will be closed during the event.

On October 11, Kichi Brewing will host “Kono Sora wa Gaza no Sora tomo Tsunagatteiru Vol. 12.” Doors open at 1:30 p.m., with the program beginning at 2:00 p.m. The event includes a live performance by musician Ken Tanai and a talk by journalist Ryoji Fujiwara.

From October 16 to 18, the brewery will appear at the Katsushika Industrial Fair, held from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The brewery location will be closed during the fair.

On October 25, Kichi Brewing will collaborate with The Authentic Apartment, a popular curry shop in Kameari. The shop, which has appeared on the cover of the food magazine Ryori Oukoku, will provide food designed to pair well with beer from 3:00 p.m.

Kichi Brewing’s beer will also be included in Tokyo Beer Collection 2026 at iBrew Ginza on October 1. The event will feature 47 taps dedicated exclusively to beers brewed in Tokyo, offering an opportunity to explore the city’s craft beer scene in one place.

Because several events involve brewery closures, visitors should confirm the latest schedule before heading to Kichi Brewing in Horikiri-Shobuen.
