BEER MARROW, a craft beer pub in Kichijoji, Tokyo, has introduced a tap list ranging from fruit-forward sour beer to hazy IPAs and barrel-aged ales. Located on the fourth floor of Kawada Building in Kichijoji-Honcho, the pub offers a lineup suited to both casual drinking and serious tasting.

The featured beer is Mango & Lime Sour from Refluxo Biyä in Nirayama, Shizuoka. This 5.0% Fruited Gose combines rich mango sweetness with a sharp lime acidity. Local Izu sea salt, Toda-jio, helps balance the fruit character, leaving a refreshing salty finish after the juicy sweetness and tartness.

Also pouring is Off Trail Gimme Those Fairy Wings from Far Yeast Brewing in Kosuge, Yamanashi. This 6.5% Barrel Aged Sour Ale is brewed with mixed berries and Morello cherry, offering a more layered sour profile.

The remaining listed beers include ALTERING, a 5.0% Golden Ale from DD4D BREWING; SOCIAL GRAVITY, an 8.5% DDH Hazy DIPA from RIO BREWING; Hazy Wave Spectrum, a 7.0% DDH Hazy IPA from BLACK TIDE BREWING; Ripplephobia, a 5.5% DDH Hazy Pale Ale from Totopia Brewing; and Cloud 7, an 8.0% Hazy Double IPA from WEST COAST BREWING.

With styles spanning crisp, tart, fruit-driven beer and full-bodied hop-forward ales, the selection makes BEER MARROW a compelling stop for a Kichijoji beer crawl. The post also notes that tap number three was listed as “Sorry…coming soon…!”
