Second Okayama Pop-Up
Beron, a standing beer pub in Oomachi, Aoba Ward, Sendai, will host "SENDAI Friends Excursion POP-UP PARTY" at C&C in Okayama on Saturday, Sept. 19. It is the event’s second Okayama edition, continuing last year’s format with the venue turned into a casual standing-bar style space.

The beer specifically named in the post is a COLD IPA brewed with BrewBeast, a brewery in Hanamaki. Beron says the beer was made with rice from the Yaegashi family, a rice-farming family in Hanamaki, and is scheduled for release in Okayama on Sept. 19. Beron will also bring a new food item, "Berochiki," a spiced chicken dish.

The venue will also feature SLANT WORKS with Tohoku-style snacks and a photo exhibition, along with apparel and general goods from GOOD GOODS STORE. The event is built around beer, food, photography and shopping rather than beer alone. Beron also says it will hold a simultaneous pop-up party in Sendai on the same day, and the exhibition and goods sales will continue through Sept. 26.
