The menu consists of six dishes: a pre-appetizer, four small appetizers, and a fish dish. The menu changes monthly, allowing guests to enjoy seasonal ingredients and different preparations throughout the year. Seven pairing drinks are included. Alongside sake from Kumazawa Shuzo, the lineup includes Shonan Beer, the brewery’s craft beer brand.
